Last updated: 2026-05-24

1. Purpose

SpoolyTracker provides filament inventory management, consumption tracking, cost analysis, project organization and third-party integrations. These terms apply to the website, web app, mobile app, APIs and related services.

2. User account

  • Users must provide accurate information and keep their account secure.
  • Users are responsible for their credentials, sessions, connected devices and API tokens.
  • Actions performed from a valid account or API token are deemed performed by its owner or organization.

3. Public API and integrations

  • Public API tokens give third-party apps access to organization data according to selected scopes.
  • The token secret is shown only once at creation. Users must store it securely.
  • A compromised token must be revoked immediately.
  • SpoolyTracker may limit, suspend or revoke API access in case of abuse, overload, security risk or non-compliant use.

4. Subscriptions and payment

SpoolyTracker may offer free and paid plans. Prices are those displayed at subscription time. Payments, subscriptions, invoices and payment methods are handled by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

Users may cancel their subscription through the app or Stripe customer portal where available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For consumers, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply, except when immediate digital service delivery has started after express consent and waiver where legally valid.

6. Availability and responsibility

SpoolyTracker strives to provide reasonable service availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, incidents, security or force majeure. The service provides tracking and calculation tools, without guaranteeing that every measurement, cost, inventory or analysis result is error-free.

7. Prohibited use

  • Circumventing quotas, roles, limits or security measures.
  • Using the service to harm third parties or the infrastructure.
  • Publishing credentials or API tokens.
  • Abusive automation, scraping, overload or intrusive testing without authorization.

8. Claims and law

For claims, contact guillaume.sanchez04@gmail.com. These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first seek an amicable solution before any formal dispute.
